1. Acceptance of the Terms

Welcome to the DisciplineBridge Review Manual (referred to herein as the "Service," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing, browsing, purchasing, or using our website, manuals, guides, and associated resources, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and Service (the "Terms") and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you" or "user"), and the owners and operators of DisciplineBridge Review Manual. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice, and your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

DisciplineBridge Review Manual provides specialized educational resources, guides, methodologies, and manuals designed to facilitate interdisciplinary coordination between structural engineering, architectural design, and associated construction disciplines. The content provided is intended to improve project workflow, minimize design conflicts, and enhance overall interdisciplinary communication.

Professional Disclaimer: The information, manuals, templates, and guides provided through the Service are for educational, informational, and general reference purposes only. They do not constitute professional engineering, architectural, contracting, or legal advice. The use of our manuals does not establish a professional-client relationship. You must always consult with a licensed professional engineer, registered architect, or qualified legal counsel before implementing any coordination workflows, structural details, or contractual terms on live construction projects. You assume full responsibility for the application of any concepts derived from this Service.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Service, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, graphics, manuals, guides, and templates (collectively, the "Content"), and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks"), are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of the United States, foreign jurisdictions, and international conventions.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for your internal professional development or educational purposes. Except as expressly provided in these Terms, no part of the Service or Content may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever without our express prior written permission.

4. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity and agree to comply with these Terms. You agree that you will not:

  • Use the Service for any unauthorized or illegal purpose, or in violation of any local, state, federal, or international law;
  • Attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent any security-related features of the Service or features that prevent or restrict the use or copying of any Content;
  • Engage in systematic retrieval of data or other content from the Service to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us;
  • Use the Service to develop, train, or test machine learning models, artificial intelligence systems, or competitive software products;
  • Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or decrypt any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of the Service;
  • Share, redistribute, resell, or sublicense any purchased manuals or premium guides to third parties without securing an appropriate multi-user license.

5. Fees, Payments, and Refund Policy

Access to certain manuals, review guides, or advanced features of the Service may require the payment of fees. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions made through our Platform.

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. Due to the digital nature of our manuals and downloadable resources, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds once a digital product has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered. If you experience technical issues accessing your purchased materials, please contact us immediately for assistance.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT, MANUALS, AND MATERIALS PROVIDED THEREIN ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE PURSUANT TO APPLICABLE LAW, DISCIPLINEBRIDGE REVIEW MANUAL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE MANUALS OR THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, ACCURATE, COMPLETE, RELIABLE, CURRENT, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE ASSUME NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF CONTENT, OR FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR FINANCIAL LOSS OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICE OR THE APPLICATION OF ANY INFORMATION CONTAINED THEREIN.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL DISCIPLINEBRIDGE REVIEW MANUAL, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, PROJECT DELAYS, STRUCTURAL FAILURES, RE-DESIGN COSTS, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, OUR LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO US FOR THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS DURING THE SIX (6) MONTH PERIOD PRIOR TO THE CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, including our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of our respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) any breach of your representations and warranties set forth in these Terms; (d) your violation of the rights of a third party, including but not limited to intellectual property rights; or (e) any overt harmful act toward any other user of the Service with whom you connected via the Platform.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of the Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which our company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within our designated jurisdiction.

10. Dispute Resolution

Informal Negotiations: To expedite resolution and control the cost of any dispute, controversy, or claim related to these Terms, you and we agree to first attempt to negotiate any dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating arbitration or court proceedings.

Binding Arbitration: If the parties are unable to resolve a dispute through informal negotiations, the dispute (except those disputes expressly excluded below) will be finally and exclusively resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration may be conducted in person, through the submission of documents, by phone, or online. The arbitrator will make a decision in writing, but need not provide a statement of reasons unless requested by either party.

Class Action Waiver: YOU AND WE AGREE THAT ANY ARBITRATION OR COURT PROCEEDING SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE INDIVIDUAL DISPUTE BETWEEN US. TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NO ARBITRATION OR LITIGATION SHALL BE JOINED WITH ANY OTHER PROCEEDING, AND NO DISPUTE SHALL BE ARBITRATED OR LITIGATED ON A CLASS-ACTION BASIS OR UTILIZE CLASS ACTION PROCEDURES.

11. Term and Termination

These Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Service. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without notice or liability, to deny access to and use of the Service (including blocking certain IP addresses) to any person for any reason, including without limitation for breach of any representation, warranty, or covenant contained in these Terms or of any applicable law.

12. Privacy Policy

We care about data privacy and security. Please review our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, processing, and retention of your personal data.

13. Severability and Waiver

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision or part of a provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision or part of the provision is deemed severable from these Terms and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
